Access 2003.
I have created a line chart which shows sample dates on the x axis and values on the y axis. The value of the sample normally increases each sample date. Therefore I have added a trendline to show this increase. However, I would like to extend the range of sample dates to beyond the last actual sample date to show the prediction made by the trendline.
This was actually achieved with excel previously by creating a range of dates and only adding in the values on the actual sample dates, ie there were blank values in between samples. Samples are taken weekly.
I can think of a few possible ways to do this in access, but I would like to know the cleanest, most efficient way of achieving this.
Any suggestions?
