Link a File in the switchboard...

How do I link to a file in the switchboard so the word document comes up when the user clicks to print his data. Thanks.

If you have any other better way of making an identical letter for all the contacts, please let me know.

Use an external word document and use a mailmerge??

Ok, yes, I am using a mail merge. Then I made a link on my switchboard to the file for the users.

Is there a better way than that? It works pretty well...

If you have the link (hyper link I presume) to the file and it works, then I dont understand the problem
