I have a control pannel that when you click on one of the buttons it displays a different form with more buttons that leads to other forms with buttons. In the control pannel I link to a certain database I want weather its 2005 or 2004 or 2003 data each with a different country. So for instance you could link to 2004 United States or 2003 Canada. How would I put what you are linked to on the header of every form you can click to, so when you click on the button you always know that its United States 2004 or whatever it is.
