Link to Table

First not for the day, forever. So I have no experience. I have my fields laid on the forum, but I want to have a field showing from a different table. How can I link the table to this form so I can do this.

Also, I'm uncertain if this is a good idea. So I'm looking for a heads up:
my table is approximately 300,000 records. I want to link about seven different tables to this main table where I can display some of their fields.

One last piece of concern. all of the tables have been broken off of the main table in two parts. So Karen lay all of the IDs are identical. For future use I wanted to use the IDs for that link. it seems I saw somewhere that if you delete a record that the ID for all of the following records changes. That would destroy my link relationship. Is this true?

Sounds like you table structure is not correct yet.

I did read your part one. I did not get to 2,3 or 4 yet. this is kind of what I have already done. I was under the impression that once these tables are linked, connect, normalize whatever term you want to use that I would be able to access fields from the other tables. That's my only concern.
