Is there a way to make a selection in cmb 1 and have it limit the available information in cmb 2?

For example, the info in cmb 1 is contract numbers, the info in cmb 2 is subcontract numbers. The subcontract numbers are specific to the contract number and I only want to show those instead of every subcontract number in the table.
