Linked table with reserved symbol

I have a table linked to an SQL server and the column that contains the data I need has a reserved symbol in it. So Access does not read the full name of the header. The header name is "IO_VALUE_RECORD&FLD" is there a work around for this so that when I query the table it will recognize the "&"?

use 2 ampersands. Access will convert it to a single &.
