Linked tables question

I have a database that has probably 50 linked odbc tables. I want to get rid of the link to the odbc. Without Importing the tables is there a way to just removed the link to the table?

i'm not sure, but does the linked table manager do this? i don't have much experience with outside linking, so i'm not sure if this is just for split dbs that are access or not.

If you want to remove the ODBC tables, just highlight them and hit the delete key. That will remove the link - it won't delete them from the original source.

I still want the table in my DB just not the link between access and the sql sever.

Just copy the linked table and paste it [structure and data local table] and then delete the linked table. Be carefull that the OBDC table is not too big to bring into your database.
