Linking a query to a word document?

I have a query in my database for our list of courses. It lists the course number and name, who teaches it, the date and time it takes place etc. I am hoping to create a document based on this that would lay out the courses by room in a timetable format. Is there a way to like this to a word document so that if there are any changes to the course information in the database, it will be reflected in the word document?

This web page outlines the steps for getting data into a Word Document. It says Word 2007 but it still seems Ok for Word 2013.
