Linking Photos from folder

I have an OLE field that holds a picture of a person. I have approx. 15,000 records and definitely do not want to put that many photos in an access table. Is there a away to refere the picture of a person to a separate folder on the hard drive? If so how would I relate the photo to the corresponding record?

Ok I think I have most of it. I have a field that links the pictures to a path where the pics are stored. Problem now is I had the photos appear on a report now they obviously do not work. How would I get the photos linked from another folder on my report? I created an image file and in query that the report is based on included the text box that contains the path where the pics are stored, but still no photo. Thanks for all the help.
