Linking text box to table

How do I go about linking a tet box to records in a table.

I have several text boxes linking to records in a table named membership.

I have set the record source on the form to be the 'Membership' table.

And have linked the text boxes like shown below:

=[Membership]![Membership No]

When I go to form view I receive a series of Name? in the text boxes? How do I go about fixing this?

Just set the contol source to Membership No, easiest way is to select it from the drop down box displayed on the property sheet
