I have a main form and second form that are linked. When I open up the main form and go to the second form the patient name is the same in both forms which is correct. My question is when I open up the second form and I have 2 filters I want the link to be based on the admission date.
My main form and second form consists of the same fields (Patient ID, Last Name, First Name and Admission Date) but I want the second form to open up based on the Admission Date. The original link is based on the Patient ID. How do I alo base it on the Admission Date. I tried linking the forms based on the Admission Date but I am getting an "indeterminate" within the relationships.
