LIST BOX HELP

I have a list box in which i have specified extended selection (what do i need to tell the query to pick up more than one selection? eg; number 1 2 3 4 5 out of these i select 1 2 3 5. The query takes these values a prints labels based on the selection(s) I have a funny feeling that i have not provided enough information if so let me know
