List Box + Multi Select

Good Morning

I need some help and advice on an issue I have with my list box.

Quite simply I need to be able to select more than one name from a list. I have set up the list box and set Multi Select to Simple. Now when I save and close the form and go back into it the selections have gone.

How can more than one value be saved to the table? If this is not possible what is the best way to have allow Multi Select.


BY the way I have searched here and on google but there seems to be too much info so getting a straight answer is not that easy.

Normalize your data and use a subform to store it to the appropriate table. Multiselect data indicates that you have a one-to-many relationship (or many-to-many) and you need to revise the way you are storing data because you need to store those relationships in a junction table, not the same table.
