List box search feature access 2007?

Morning all, I have been trying to setup a List Box that will filter a form, but am not having much luck.

My database is setup as a split screen with data entry at the top and form at the bottom.

And what I would like is a drop down list for the Company Field that once chosen will filter the bottom form to list only that company? Is this possible and if so how can I then clear the filter so it once again lists all the form data?

I know this is a long shot, but is there also a way to filter Close results ie if someone has entered a slight variation on the search criteria?
