Listbox and subforms

I am sure that this question has been answered a thousand times but after 4 hours of searching the forum I couldn't find/understand the answer to my question.

I have a form with a combo box, when you select an item (company departments) in the combo box it propigates a list box (department personnell). The problem is that when i click on a name in the list box i would like it to update the subform with the name etc from the list,
I have got it to update an external form but I cant make it work on the subform

looking forward to anyones thoughts

It would help if you posted the code you are using, together with the name of the form/subform and the names of the controls involved.

I have attached the database with th only relevent forms, tables and queries - please just look and don't laugh, I have buggered about with it so much it has been difficult to see where I am going now. Please realise that it is just in design mode and will not be shown to anone else like this
