Listbox in a Parameter Value Box

I don't know if this is possible. I would like to Put a List in my Querys criteria. The Current criteria is "Like [Department:]" is there a Way to have this call the Tables list of departments and make the Parameter entry box into a list with a drop down button?

I might be out of my mind i know how to do this with a form but i'm trying not to over form the DB.
