listbox selection to a table

I have a questionaire form that basically has y/n answers. but one of the questions could be a multiselectionlist. Such as which of the following have you done. The list may be horseback riding, hiking, snow skiing etc. I would like to capture the anwswers of the questionaire in a table. How do I capture the sections from the list box in a table?

This will work on a multiselect list box linked to a command button
