Listing Report Data Column Style

Hi Guys,

I am trying to create a report with a list of names in it.

I want the list to display like my example below instead of the Report listing them in a single row taking up several pages.

Name1 Name7 Name13
Name2 Name8 Name14
Name3 Name9 Name15
Name4 Name10 Name16
Name5 Name11 Name17
Name6 Name12 Name18

Is there a way to make Access generate the Report this way?

In your MS Access HELP look up:
Create a Multiple-column Report. It will give instructions for setting up the report using DOWN then Across as you've indicated.
