Lock hyperlink while still being able to follow it.

Is there a way I can lock the hyperlink text so that it can't be edited but at the same time have it so it can still be followed to a website or to create an email?

Plus, is there a way I can make the time on a form 'live', i.e. counting up the seconds rather than just updating everytime the form is?

Regarding the current time, Access has an ActiveX control Microsoft StatusBar control. this acts like a normal status bar you see on a form. You can actually insert things such as Date, Time, etc which is automatically updated all the time. Give this a go. I use it for various things such as displaying the current user, Access level or user, Session number, version number, etc.
