Lock out MOST fields, but not all if ...

Please help...

I need to be able to lock-out/disable most of the fields on my form if one field has "APPROVED" entered into it.
If "DISAPPROVED" -OR- "PENDING" is entered into it, all fields remain unlocked/useable.

In your case, you might try a combo box, command buttons, or option buttons. If you need help with the code, then let me know.
