Locked myself out of Access

Hi

Is there anyway of returning the menus that I removed from the Tools > Startup options back?
It looks like I have locked myself out of my FE!!!!

Hold the SHIFT key down when opening the database.

That's excellent. I locked my self out try to basically disable form design option when you right click on forms. Do you know how to do that please?

You can disable shortcut menus but I would suggest creating your own. See my website for a quick tutorial on shortcut menus:

Thanks, glad you liked it. I'm trying to get several different things up there with screenshots. I think it helps to have a visual as well as the instructions.
