I opened the database "change_password.mdb from http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/member.php?u=33264 and have now set a login and password for access which prevents me from accessing MSAccess. I know there is a file I need to delete containing access logon data. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Sounds like you used the security wizard and modified your system.mdw file. Big no no if that is what you did. You need to get a copy of another users system.mdw file that has not been altered and replace yours with the other copy. Ensure you make backup copies of any files you mess with just in case you make things worse. Search the forum for security and system.mdw and you will find lots of other threads about it. Easy to lock yourself out of your own db's if you do not know what you are doing when you mess with workgroup security.
