I am trying to design my forms and want to insert the company logo and various other images. However, when I try to insert them, they are too big, so I resize them in MS Word and paste them into Access. Then, pictures that were fine in Word seem to look 'blocky' in Access. Any ideas welcome?

I'm no expert but a couple of things that spring to mind are:

In the properties of you picture is the size mode set to clip. The other options can leave your image looking blocky.

Also I wouldn't imagine Word is the best application in the world for editing images. You can download pretty good graphics editors for free from softseek.com.

Good luck.

Thanks Pete, will try.

Set up a Bound Object and then drop your image into it, it should come up as a clip type, set the bound object to get its record source from a table with a field called Picture or Logo, I have done it this way and with over 60 logos for companies it only increased the database by abot 1MEG

Hope this helps

PS. Try using the good old basic Paint, just copy the image and drop it in
