Looking for a Browse control

i'm trying to put a button on my form to browse throw the files and when select a file loads the path and name of the file into a variable on my form, but i cant find the button "Browse".
anybody knows were the hell is that thing...

Browse [Find a directory or file]

You would [should] be amazed as to how many of your questions you can solve for yourself just by using the advanced search function this forum has to offer.
