Not got a tutorial but have done quite a few charts in Access.
My advice would be to use queries to manipulate your data until it is exactly as you wish to chart.
Then use chart wizard and go for something simple
Once you have the chart then see about tweaking it by viewing the properties etc.
The process and facilities in Access are not the best and are very confusing cos in design the data is nothing like you expect... but they can be so useful.
I often use parameters in the query that are entered by the User. One chart and you can handle all sorts of data ranges automatically.
That sure beats Excel when you have multiple users wanting different aspects of the same data set
