Looking for a graphics card

I am looking for a graphics card for my PC since it is pretty basic (Windows will not run FreeCell without complaining). I do not need much (not a big gamer). I have a PCI Express 3.0x16 slot for the video card and 400w power supply for the PC (one card I looked in a store needed a 12V at 20A, I do not think my PS can do that). Anyhow I am not looking to spend a lot of bucks (<$50 US). Any suggestions?

I think budget is too low for a good graphics card. Since you are not a pro gamer I think a PNY GForce610 may fit your budget.
