Thank you Bob Larson. The job posting site was what I was looking for.

For more detail about my query, our organization is looking for an Access developer in the New York City area. The individual must be able to present in person for an interview. The data is sensitive and protected by HIPAA regulations and there is no alternative; the developer must come in for an interview. The project is a health program where we want to retrieve data about individual patients as well as groups of patients.
