I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice on how to do the following:
I have a form with a subform. The subform displays a list of ingredients for the item shown in the main form. Each record in the subform (ie, each ingredient) has 3 Yes/No values associated with it. The item on the main form also has these same Yes/No categories. What I would like to do on the main form is "summarize" the status of each of the categories after a user has entered all the ingredients. That is, if any of the ingredients show a Yes in, say, Category1, then the main item wil show a Yes in its Category1. Same goes for Category2 and Category3.
What would be the best way to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
