is it possible to create lookup function on queries and have the lookup box values appear on a form.

and if possible, is the there a way of editing, and adding to the lookup column without go directly to the tables.

i thought possibly a command button to perform an update query or, i get them confused, append query????

any solutions....

Can you give any more details? There are too many options for anyone to have a clear idea as to how to answer. The answer that they provided might vary (or even be determined to be unnecessary where another approach is more sound), depending on what the purpose of the function would be.
