Lost my WinZip

Earlier, I posted a question about .CAB files and got an answer. Lately, I've been using Xtractor+ to extract files, but it won't touch .CAB files. Somewhere along the way, I've lost WinZip. I know its a freebee (Probably how I got it to begin with) but I can't find a site where I can download it (free). Any suggestions?
