Lost the ActiveX controls in More Controls? (1 Viewer)

I seem to have lost the ActiveX controls in the More Controls button in the Toolbox Toolbar.

Any idea where it went and how to get it back?

Do you mean to say that if you hit the 'More Controls' button, nothing happens?

Yes, actually a small blank square drops down.
