Macro to import spreadsheet into a table (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
I am using a macro to import an Excel spreadsheet into a temporary table. When I run the macro it asks me the location of the file and in which table I want to load the data. How can I configure the arguments in the macro set up to establish the location of the file and the table by default without having to do this via VBA?

I am using Access 2007
