Macro to insert from attachment field into email

I am aware how to use Access to forward reports and similar via Outlook.

What I am unsure of is can an attachment connected to a specific record be forwarded via macro?

I have a form where a user sees all the details of a specific record, and a user who must save the attachment from the record (service contracts) to her desktop, then create an email, insert static verbiage into it, then attach the document (PDF or XLS) from her desktop and send the email.:banghead:

I would like a button with a macro to speed this, yet I can't find a way to launch Outlook with the document from the specific record attached.

Any hints would be AWESOME! My gut says it is possible, but I have found no reference to how to accomplish this
