Can I make a macro in access that will take data from a customer table.
So Find the customer > press a button > To put this data in some way so that I can print address labels.

taking the data from the fields named (FirstName, LastName, Address)

At the moment I am copying and pasting the data from Access into ..
MS Word > Mailings > Single Label

Im abit of a novice to this .. :banghead:

help pleaseeeee :D
 
There is a label wizard in access so I would look to see if that can do what your looking for, if it doesn't then search for something called a mailmerge. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful
