mail merge from database to multi members

Hello,
i am creating a database for a membership of my martial arts academy, so far i can add and search members.

i would like to have a mail merge feature on this, so that i have a list of all the people with a check box next to their name, if the box is ticked their name is added to the mail merge. if its not ticked its not added.

Due to security "enhancements" to Outlook, this has become somewhat problematic. There are tools available that use other methods to send mail that might be worth the investment. Search here for suggestions. You can also find a useful tool at www.fmsinc.com It is a little pricey but if you look at time vs money it is probably a good buy especially if you have more than one application.

mail merge for documents such as letters and such...
