Mail Merge or Report

Hello again!
I'm trying to make a roster book with "Member Information" and I was wondering if a Mail Merge in Word would be better or if doing a Report in Access. The reason I ask is the way the report is showing is giving me on page for each record, but I want (if it's possible) if three records can fit on a page I would like them to be displayed also. The only problem with Word is that I don't like how I can't set it up in a table....not really a table but for like...example.

but if this record has no middle initial or if the name is longer then it looks like..

I would like for that two line up regardless. Thanks for the help.
