Mail Merge -- Word Not display my Query from Datasource

Hi All


I have a problem. What I am trying to do is create a mail merge doucment from a ACCESS DB called Db1. I have previously & succesfully created a merge document from this same Db1.

I have created a new query which hardly differs from the previous queries I have used before for mail merging. The only main difference is that it is using a different table.

Anyway when I click on the datasource and choose my DB1, my query along with other newer queries\tables I have made are not shown. Only the older ones.

Can somebody help me? Is there anyway around this problem.

Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thankyou
