I am creating a main board having buttons to open all forms and reports. I have a username and password on the frmlogin form to get the main board. I would like to set up the main board is the only access for multi-user to reach all objects and cursor can't click objects in Navigation Pane. Is Access 2010 able to do these? I am fairly new with Access. Please have someone help and let me know how. Thanks!

Once you have all the objects working on the form click the File Tab and search down for Options then in the Current Database deselect the Show Navigation Pane and also use Special Keys this will keep the navigation pane hidden and they wont beable to use the F11 key to unhide it.

Thanks Trevor, then how to use Special Keys to keep it hidden? Thanks:)

In the same place Options, Current Database deselect

Use Access Special Keys

Which is a tick box near the top.
