Main forms within main forms (1 Viewer)

My friend and I are contracted to create a simple database for a company for the engineering department. They are currently using ProMaker as their database for their NPR and ECN forms. They want us to create their two forms in a scratch. Unfortunately, my partner and I finished the database and asked someone to check it. And it is completely wrong since we only have two main forms for input and output. I need help on how to construct these in a user friendly way. There are two forms -- NRP and ECN. There will be an auto number for both (four digits). How many forms do we need? And for what? I need help desperately! We have until the end of the month to finish this!
Thanks!

Maybe a more detailed explanation of methodology for us.

We have a system where we split up the main forms down to questionnaires that leap thru smaller forms and dialog boxes. The smaller forms and sub forms were easier to manage and maintain. It requires extra navigation code but was more relaible than mammoth forms
