Major problem! Accidentally disabled Access toolbar!!

Hi Everyone/Anyone!

I have accidentally got rid of all my toolbars in Access 2003 and can't get them back.

I went into Tools-Start Up and turned them off. I didn't realise though that I would not be able to turn them back on again.

Any assistance HUGELY appreciated!! I am supposed to be showing this database to people tomorrow!!

Have you tried holding down the shift key as the db opens?
