Make field with Image disappear if empty

The site's limit is 2MB (or probably has increased slightly) so I don't see how you could be having problems.

Zip two images and post, then post the other one separately.

Or post them one by one.

It said 100K.

Don't worry about the chart, just try to upload it. You will never know if you don't try. :)

Take a screenshot and paste it in Paint or Word and save it as png or jpg.

Ok -- here you go. The manager image that I have on the print preview is fine. It's the medium blue section that I want to include a picture for that level of manager.

PS -- I have no idea where to find the SQL.

The picture is not legible. Can you save it as png. You can cover the person's image.

And you said you want it to reduce in height and disappear?

How are these?

The Print Preview is great but the Design View is too small. If I zoom I don't see anything. Try once more.

So when there's no picture associated with that client or employee, the image should disappear and what fields should move where?

See attached. If a person does not have an image, I would like the text to be left aligned, otherwise it should show the image to the left and the text should be left aligned to the right of the image.

Access shrinks controls vertically, not horizontally so you would have to code it. But you need to bear in mind that 8 controls need to be moved to the Left so you should be using the Left property. For you, it won't be very straightforward.

I would only need 2 moved to the left (person's name & title row) and (orgname row). The other ones are individual set to line up with their particular categories so they would not move.

Oki doki! Can you tell me what the value of the Left property of the image control currently is.
