Making a Custom Menu Bar to Replace the Built in one

I am trying to Create a Menu Bar that Is identical to the Access Built in Menu bar with one exception. I do not want the Unhide command on the Window Dropdown. I cannot edit the built in toolbars because other access files run from the same machine may need the unhide button, and I need the unhide command disabled if I put the database on another computer.

I would also consider using the .visible = false or .enabled = false property of the Unhide command in my start-up form, but I cannot find how to reference it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
