Hey, you guys I have a huge problem!!! I have a database that has linked tables. When you open the database from the SharePoint site as read-only you are still allowed to edit the tables. This can not be! At the same time some users need to able to edit the tables. How do I manage this? is is just simple as setting permissions? Do I need to create a interface that aske for a password and based on the user read only or edit mode opens?
