Okay...bear with me please. I have a report based on a query. The query/report contain 58 fields that I would like to be displayed on a one page report. Help!!!
I've set up a table with many fields. From this table, I created a parameter query containing 58 fields. I would like to run a weekly report based on these particular fields and have them displayed on a one page report.
Google Access DB normalization and you can find a lot on the topic. Until your db is normalized there is no use moving on to a report, Your db will be much more useful and easily dealt with once it is.
And your welcome, I'm sorry that you didn't get the answer you are looking for, but you will be better off taking care of the problem now, especially when you go to build reports.
