Mark a Thread as "Solved"

Thanks. I was going to mark this thread "Solved" but someone beat me to it.
Hope this helps all of those those who attempt to help others with problems. At least now they won't have to read through all the posts if the problem has been solved.

Maybe I'm dense, but how do you do this? I see the [SOLVED] dropdown when you make a thread (which is, uhh, silly), but when I go back to edit the first post, that dropdown isn't there. Do I just prepend it to the thread subject?

Here it is David, The option to mark a thread as Solved is under thread tools,

Only the OP can mark a thread as SOLVED. Unless Jon has given Admin/Mod's the power to do the same..
