Maximum Size For Report Pages?

I have a request to take a 5 page Word document and put this into an Access report that mirrors the Word document.

However upon trying to add some controls that have verbiage (I have to split up the verbiage into paragraphs as they have it which requires multiple text boxes since there is bolded verbiage in the middle of the text paragraph and so have to split up the text) in it, I got an error after trying to put the next text box control after line 21..i cannot drag the line above the page footer (the Detail Line) down any more. It doesn't go to line 22.

Any suggestions?

I figured out how to do this. I added subreports to the main report so that the number of controls added wouldn't be an issue..
