Question mde in access 2010 (1 Viewer)

In Access 2003 I was able to create an mde file.
I am now using Access 2010, but can't find how I can create an mde.
Please help.

Under File --> Save & Publish --> Make ACCDE or Make MDE if your opening a file made in A2003
