i am looking for a sample database about "mechanical completion" and "punch list" with below description, please help how i can find this database or similar of that.

• It controls the process of mechanical completion and commissioning of any vessel or superstructure and produces reports showing the progress. It has been used in the MC & C of :

FPSO’s
Offshore Platforms
LNG plants

Masoud, good luck, you might be looking for a while. If you know of an existing company in this field, you might try contacting them and asking what they use for their software solution, it does sound rather bespoke.
