Question Membership card

On the ( add members ) I have entered members details - A long list of variables i.e. Name address etc . Before saving the entered details. I now only want to print a few of those variables in a membership card sized format.

One of the MS Access report options is to print labels, find and examine this functionality, I’m reasonably sure one of the options will allow you to print out in the size you want. Once you have found an appropriate size, and once you have produced some test prints successfully, then you may well have some more questions that you can post here or in a new thread if you prefer.

Having been down this road before, I would advise to first attend at your local office supply store and see what sizes of blank business cards they stock. Pick the size that works best for your needs then see if Access has a built in template for the manufacturer and label number.
