Menu bar and tool bar and new ribbon

how can I build a menu bar from the very beginning please in aces 07 bcause I was seearching for this and I dont know how to do it

You have to use XML to create it. You can either learn to create a Ribbon here:

Or you could create a Form based menu feature.

Is there anyway to actually launch access WITHOUT ribbon, period? For example, after you lock down everything and create an mde file, can you launch that mde without a ribbon or quicklaunch OR maybe just your own File menu.

Yes, I would like to know this too. So far ive managed to get most out but it still showed the windows button and the top bar. I despise the 07 interface its so in my face.
